An amazing encounter.
No leashes, no collars, just a natural African wildlife adventure operating in the
Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park from Thorntree River Lodge, 10 minutes from Livingstone.
Clients will have the unique experience of walking alongside and interacting with
the lions as they play, learn to hunt and prepare for release.
Encounters for Cubs - Children's Activities.
Parents need not miss out on one of the best experiences in Zambia... why not bring the
kids along as well? Our Encounters for Cubs package ensures your cubs will be catered
for whilst you take your walk on the wild side. Encounters for Cubs will see your
youngsters head off with our experienced staff on a nature exploration during which
they will learn about the African Bush, David Livingstone style, and see if they can
find the beasts at the end of the trail.
Encounters for Prides - Group Interactions
Lion Encounter can also facilitate large groups of up to 90 people. We will ensure
your pride has the experience of a lifetime. In groups of 8 to 10 at a time, they
will encounter and interact with the lions in their natural environment and learn
about the release project as well as the lions themselves. All clients will receive
a safety talk and ALERT presentation.
