Thank you very much for the role you and your team played in delivering the
Creative Connections programme. It was a resounding success and the accolades
and bouquets from a discerning clientele are testament to the seamless delivery.
Catherine was as always an absolute star but in fairness the same can be said
for each and every member of the team to a man. Their attitude was magnificent
nothing was too much trouble, they worked tirelessly and meticulously with great
attention to detail. They offered assistance over and beyond what they were
contracted to do and this definitely made our lives a lot easier.
You have rightfully entrenched yourself as our preferred partner in the region
and it is an absolute pleasure working with such consummate professionals.

I had a fantastic experience with Bushtracks in November 2011. I am travel writer and had very specific activities I wanted to do in a short amount of time. Leanne and her colleagues in Zambia and Botswana went above and beyond to organize every request I had. The whole trip went like clockwork. Every Busthtracks Africa employee was courteous, on time, and just a pleasure to be with. Leanne even went with me to offer moral support when I Bungee jumped! So thanks to Bustracks Africa, and don't hesitate to book with them!

I would like to say a big thank you for all your help last Monday when travelling to Livingstone and Zim.
As this was my first time in the country and travelling alone I wasn’t sure what to expect but from the minute I met with the Bushtrack representative I was put at ease!
I was very impressed with the service I had received.
Please can you also extend my thanks to Leigh Anne who took time out to accompany me to the Boma and for also arranging the Tour of the Falls for me.
And last but not least, a big thank you to Frederick who didn’t leave my side the entire time I was there!

Dear Bushtracks,
Just want to let you know what a great trip we had with Moses and Bushtracks.I booked a Chobe day tour on August 19th from the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge. Everything was perfect. Especially the tour at Chobe with Moses. I can not say enough about Moses and the tour he gave us. He was extremely knowledgeable and concerned that everyone saw the animals and birds he wanted to show us. There were 4 of us in the tour I booked for August 19th. We were on an 18 day tour with another company. We had one day on our own and booked the Chobe day tour with Bushtracks. We all agreed that the one day we spent with Moses was the best day of our entire 18 day trip.
I want to make sure you are aware of what an asset Moses is to your company. I can only say that I wish Moses was out guide for the entire 18 days we were in Africa.

I recently traveled with a group from Room to Read to Livingstone and stayed at the Royal Livingstone. One of the activities we enjoyed was a game drive with your company. Our guide was Amon Kafeto and I wanted to let you know what an outstanding job he did.
He was very knowledge about both the wildlife and plant life - he even knew the Latin names for many of the trees we saw. He was extremely polite and very gracious. My mother in law and I were the only ones on the game drive and he treated us to a wonderful adventure. I thought you should know what a fine employee you have in Amon.

Hi Michelle. Just a short note to say thank you very much for all the arrangements that you were involved with for the Temenos Group. The programme ran really well and all the BTA crew were super. Catherine was her usual professional self and always very polite and informative. The Group really enjoyed Daniel also and the whole team in Chobe did a fantastic job.
All in all a very successful programme and all participants were left with lasting memories and a new love for Zambia and Botswana.

We had a fantastic time with Bushtracks!
We booked quite a few activities with the
company and they were really good to us - we had such
a fabulous time in Zambia & in Botswana as well!
I am looking forward to going back & doing it all again!!
Now that I am back in GP I am struggling to get used to
travelling in a car with closed windows again - we got so used to
the freedom of travelling everywhere in an open air vehicle!
It was wonderful!

you have done to make our holiday an unforgettable one!

I wanted to thank you so much for putting me in touch with Michelle Brett at
Bushtracks Africa for this VIP trip that we just completed. She was a real
star, and certainly made my job so much easier having her helping us for that
part of the trip. Our group (including CEO's and Board Chairs of both WWF and
CARE) was in Livingstone for merely 24 hours, but every moment of it was packed
with activities, most of which were put together with help from Michelle. Through
it all, she was SUCH a pleasure to work – from the initial discussions and planning,
to actual execution. She was always responsive, came up with good ideas and
compromises when I got stuck or we had too many options, and she was always so
cheerful and calm. And I know it wasn>t easy – the trip required a lot of her
attention and time for such a short program, and I kept bugging her skype-ing with
questions late into her evenings!
I am especially grateful that she offered to personally come out to meet the group
upon arrival in Livingstone, handled the immigration/visa formalities for us, and
got them on their way. I was really nervous about this part, but felt so much
better that she offered to do this.
Thanks again for referring me to her. When I work on another crazy VIP program
that is in Bushtrack’s area, I’ll be sure to be in touch again!

A very big thank you for arranging and discounting Richard and Christina's
brief visit to LVI.
They said Bushtracks were excellent. Very slick always on time and well
organized, which is quite some feat when you think we went in and out of a
number of countries there and back. No delays at all and their staff were
really knowledgeable friendly and engaging. Highly recommended.
They had a wonderful time at Tongabezi and were upgraded to the
honeymoon suite. They enjoyed a romantic
dinner on the river and various other activities.
